MCC Building Inc is Hiring a Construction Superintendent Near Vero Beach, FL
Oversight of all construction activities
Ensuring subcontractor compliance with permit set of plans and specs
Provide quality control and quality assurance for all material components and systems put in place
Maintain record set of drawings, specs, product approvals, shop drawings on site for review by contractor, owner, architect and/or Building Dept. officials
Prepare a construction report daily for distribution to all required parties
Ensure that all construction personnel on site adhere to the Contractor's Safety Program requirements
Schedule and be present for all required inspections
Order materials, equipment, tools, etc as required
Provide Inventory List for all materials stored on site by owner, contractor, subcontractors etc on a daily basis
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
